Dan Reifsnyder has been teaching private voice lessons, piano lessons and songwriting craft for 20 years. With a background as one of the top child actors in NYC and experiencing everything from commercials to performing at Carnegie Hall, Dan has forged a career working on stage and the small screen with clients such as McDonalds, Day’s Inn, Dimetapp, General Mills Cereals, Lego, and more. He has also worked with the likes of Little Richard, Micheal Jackson (an unreleased Christmas song), Alan Menkin, and more. Dan brings these valuable entertainment industry experiences to each and every lesson. Dan has learned from the best vocal teachers in NYC, including Carlo Lifavi Menotti (Judy Garland, Tony Bennett, Nancy Sinatra, and more), and Bill Riley (Celine Dion, Faith Hill, Stevie Wonder, Former President Bill Clinton and countless others).

As a songwriter from the age of 6 and one of the youngest published members of ASCAP at age 12, Dan is a tour de force of songwriting talent. His songs have appeared in film and TV, been sung by indie artists, received first ballot Grammy Nominations, and charted on iTunes. He has taught songwriting group classes, written hundreds of blogs on the craft of songwriting, critiqued songs and helped students one-on-one.
